Payment Options
With the high cost of transaction fees, Dwolla is our preferred method of credit card payment. Dwolla offers a 25 cent processing fee on any amount for either personal or business use. They also offer a recurring monthly payment option if you are interested in that option. To learn more about Dwolla, Click Here. We also offer PayPal to lower levels of contribution. Of course you can always hand in a check at a meeting or mail your payment.

Locke & Smith is a issue advocacy organization dedicated to restoring the U.S. Constitution as the authoritative document for all government functions.
There are no limits on the amounts that may be contributed to Locke & Smith by an individual, corporation, union, or trade association; however, Locke & Smith does not accept contributions from foreign entities. Any person or entity that contributes more than $5,000 to a 501(c)(4) organization must be disclosed to the Internal Revenue Service on Form 990. However, the IRS does not make these donor disclosures available to the general public. Locke & Smith's general policy is to not provide the names of its donors to the general public.
Contributions to Locke & Smith are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, and do not count against an individual’s $115,500 biennial aggregate contribution limit under federal campaign finance law.
